We understand that the idea of your child buying something online can be worrying so we will quickly explain it to you. Your child is playing in an online world, with other players, each player starts with a default rank, that already comes with many features. Essentially the rank may give them access to more features, cosmetics, or commands in the game. It just makes the play experience more enjoyable and it helps support the server as well. Ranks are not a requirement and will not make them better at the game.


To Minors (18 & Under)

We understand that you want to purchase a rank on our server. We appreciate your support, but you must get your parent's or guardian's permission before purchasing. This also includes using their credit or debit cards. XanthaCraft Network will not take responsibility for any repercussions you may receive from buying a package in our store without permission. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ACTIONS! Please read our refund policy below, which applies to this scenario.

Refund Policy 

Since you are purchasing a Digital Intangible Item, there is a strict NO REFUND POLICY.  You can not give back or replace the items given at purchase. No refunds will be given under ANY circumstances! Opening a PayPal dispute will result in your account on XanthaCraft Network being BANNED.

All Information required to be shared to purchase our items is not shared with Third Party Services and is stored securely through Tebex.
